Maxman Art District

Located in the Art District in downtown Los Angeles, the owner and designer of a men's luxury Italian clothing line commissioned MMD to reimagine their newly-acquired, blank canvas warehouse to exemplify the brand's image by way of the built environment. Taking a portion of the empty vessel for their LA office headquarters, MMD customized a space plan that was tailored to the company's functional needs and embodied the brand's lifestyle and ethos.
