The iconic podcast studio features two dedicated spaces: one for solo podcasting and another designed for interviews. The expansive open-concept floor plan includes personal desks, a meeting table, a kitchenette, and an entry lounge area. Outside, two patios offer distinct experiences: one with teak and travertine dining and lounging areas, and another with open space for an outdoor gym and a hidden shower surrounded by potted plants. Both patios are enveloped by large planters and lush greenery, ensuring privacy. The interior design blends natural materials with dark tones and natural upholstery, enhanced by wood accents and native potted plants. The building’s unique shape inspired custom millwork that aligns with its angular walls. The design uses natural stone and wood to capture a coastal vibe, with off-black walls adding an edgy touch that reflects the client's style.
