Set directly on the sand along the iconic stretch of Pacific Coast Highway, Malibu Soul is an intimate surfer’s retreat designed to embrace the ease of coastal living. Textured plaster, reclaimed white oak floors, burl wood shelving, zellige tile, and bronze metal finishes create a warm, tactile palette throughout the space. The kitchen features richly veined natural stone and Gaggenau appliances, while a mix of European designer and vintage furnishings gives the space a collected, soulful character. A custom angled fireplace anchors the living area, while expansive sliding doors open the space to an oceanfront deck overlooking the landmark Malibu Pier.
