Malibu Villa Sole

A traditional Malibu villa reimagined through a modern, European lens. The renovation strips away unnecessary ornament while preserving the warmth and character of the original architecture. Natural plaster, rift-cut white oak, textured stone and custom detailing establish a quiet, tactile palette throughout the residence. Contemporary furnishings and sculptural lighting bring contrast and clarity, while expansive views of the Pacific remain the defining element of the home. The result is warm yet minimal — a modern coastal residence that feels collected, effortless and timeless.
