For our restaurateur friends with an insatiable appetite for entertaining, they tend to spend a lot of time in the kitchen preparing for their guests. This renovation required a new, open floor plan with reimagined closed hidden storage peppered with open display cases, modular walls between spaces, creative lighting allocations, and contemporary design. This allowed a welcomed creative challenge for this quaint 1700 square foot condo with an unmatched view of the marina. Textured accent walls, playful fixtures, warm, natural finishes, and custom furniture elucidate the importance of planning a space with intention and attention to every detailed inch.
